Acreage Purchase Consulting

This includes a free preliminary house sketch, cost projections, and overall evaluation. We offer free quotes based on the plans for your home, and break down all our costs up front so there are no surprises.
Beyond the initial consultation, we can provide complete construction blueprints, site planning, detailed specification selection, plan modification, and professional interior design services as needed.

Construction
This is where your dream home starts to take physical shape! Together, we've picked the perfect location and designed a home to fit your lifestyle. Now with your new plans in hand we can get to work making it a reality!
All aspects of the construction process are covered by our professional team and partners. Roads, wells, septic, and utilities through to interior finishing and site grading are all a part of our process. We work hard to keep your project moving forward and on-schedule to meet your possession date.

Post-Construction Service
We handle our final inspections a little differently from other home builders. Immediately following completion of your home, we will complete a warranty checklist as required by the National Home Warranty program. After that though, we leave the remainder of the inspection to be done by you over the next two weeks.
Homes can look very different depending on the time of day, as the sun hits them from different angles. Moving into a new home is also a very exciting and stressful time, and we find that letting you inspect your home over a couple weeks allows you to be more relaxed and thorough. Then after two weeks we'll come back and look after any corrections that need to me made.
We always stay in close contact with our clients after possession of their new home, to make sure everything is just as it should be.
